Chuck’s Auto Salvage participated in Earth Day on April 23, 2010 by inviting the public to bring their old automotive items for free disposal. Employees spent the day collecting old oil, antifreeze, lead car batteries, and tires. It’s was also take your child to work day, so the kids got to help with the collection. This is the second year we hosted the big Earth Day collection. We collected over 300 tires and nearly 250 gallons of used motor oil this day alone!
